Players must register and pay the required entry fees at thecrownchampionships.com.
Tennis and pickleball players may only compete in a division equal to or higher than their rating, and they may enter up to 3 divisions.
In tennis Men’s or Women’s Doubles divisions, the level will be determined by the higher-rated partner. In Doubles divisions, partners can be no more than one full rating level apart. In Pickleball the division is determined by the average rating of both partners.
Players must be 18 years of age or older during the calendar year to participate.
After the registration closes, and for every match, you will receive an email with your opponent's contact information and the deadline to play the match. You should contact your opponent as soon as possible and arrange location and time for the match before the deadline.
Both players bring new balls. After the match, the winner takes the unused balls.
Extensions to deadlines can be granted under extenuating circumstances, provided the request is made more than 48 hours before the deadline. A maximum extension of 2 days may be given.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extended rain), additional extensions may be provided at the discretion of the Tournament Committee.
If players cannot come to an agreement on match location, the match shall be played at the tournament's default location (specified on tournament page).
If players cannon come to an agreement on match time, the match shall be played at 7pm on the deadline date for the match (specified on the tournament draw). In case of inclement weather, a 24 hour extension will be granted.
If the match still cannot be played, the player/team who was available to play at the default location and time will advance to the next round.
If a player is more than 15 minutes late to the scheduled match start time, the present player has the discretion to declare a default.
In case of disputes, players should contact the Tournament Director or support@thecrownchampionships.com, and if necessary, a tournament representative may be present to continue the match.
USTA, USA Pickleball or USGA rules will apply for any situations not covered by these Terms.
The Crown Championships reserves the right to disqualify players based on unsportsmanlike behavior, negative comments toward the organization or other competitors, or any actions that may harm the integrity of the tournament.
Players are expected to conduct themselves with respect toward opponents, officials, and tournament organizers.
By participating in the Tournament, players grant The Crown Championships the right to photograph, video record, and use their images, names, and likenesses for promotional purposes across various platforms, including television, websites, magazines, social media, and other media distribution channels.
Players waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising from the use of such materials.
Players are responsible for their own travel arrangements, court fees, green fees, and any other expenses related to their participation in the Tournament.
